Refund policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that a product you receive from us is faulty, or damaged in transit, then we will provide a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges are not available if you change your mind about a purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds are not provided if your child loses the product or accidentally breaks it.
